רשאי המנהל, מטעמי בטיחות לאדם או לרכוש, להורות, בצו חתום בידו, על הפסק הפעלתו של מתקן חשמלי או השימוש בו, או להתנות את המשך ההפעלה או השימוש בקיום תנאים שפורטו בצו.
