8. ערר וערעור מינהלי
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשע״ו
(א)הרואה עצמו נפגע על־ידי החלטת המנהל למתן רישיונות לעבודות חשמל לפי סעיף 6, רשאי לעורר על כך לפני הועדה.
(ב)הערר יוגש לועדה בשני העתקים; אחד מהם תמציא הועדה למנהל למתן רישיונות לעבודות חשמל.
(ג)הועדה רשאית לדרוש מן העורר שייבחן בפניה, אם יש בכך, לדעתה, כדי לסייע לה בהחלטתה.
(ד)הועדה מוסמכת לאשר את החלטת המנהל למתן רישיונות לעבודות חשמל, לשנותה או לבטלה, ובלבד שתחיש את החלטתה ככל האפשר.
(ה)החלטת הוועדה נתונה לערעור לפני בית משפט לענינים מינהליים.
