21. תחולה על נאות מרפא
תיקון: תשנ״ח
האמור בסעיפים 12, 15 ו־19 יחול לגבי שירות תיירות בנאת מרפא כמשמעותה בחוק רשות נאות מרפא, תשל״ג–1973 וכן לגבי עבירות לפי החוק האמור הנוגעות לשירות תיירות בנאת מרפא, ובלבד שסמכויות השר לפי הסעיפים האמורים יופעלו בהסכמת שר הבריאות, וסמכויות לפי סעיף 12 יופעלו בידי מי שמוסמך ליתן רשיון על־פי החוק האמור.
