6. איסור לסרב מתן שירות או להתנותו
מי שעוסק בשירות תיירות לא יסרב סירוב לא סביר לספק שירות שבתחום עיסוקו, ולא יתנה את הספקת השירות בתנאים שלא הותרו בתקנות.
