תיקון: תשע״ו־2
מפקח הגנת הסביבה או ממונה הגנת הסביבה רשאי להפעיל את סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה כלפי המדינה ומוסדותיה, ולעניין מערכת הביטחון – בכפוף להוראות פרק ד׳.
