41. שמירת דינים
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
(א)הוראות חוק זה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין אחר ולא לגרוע מהן, אלא אם כן נקבע במפורש אחרת.
(ב)אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע מסמכויות כל גוף אחר לבצע פיקוח ואכיפה של החיקוקים המנויים בתוספת הראשונה ובתוספת השנייה.
