26. המוסד לבטיחות ולגיהות
(א)מוקם בזה מוסד לבטיחות ולגיהות (להלן – המוסד), שמטרתו לקדם את תנאי הבטיחות בעבודה והגיהות המקצועית.
(ב)המוסד הוא גוף מואגד ורשאי להתקשר בחוזים, לרכוש, להחזיק ולהעביר נכסים ולהיות צד בכל משא ומתן, בין משפטי ובין אחר.
