לא יגלה מומחה הפועל מכוח סעיף 5 או עובד המוסד כל דבר שהגיע לידיעתם בתוקף תפקיד לפי חוק זה, אלא תוך כדי מילוי חובה המוטלת עליהם לפי דין.
