תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשע״ד
לענין פרק זה –
”מפעל“ – מקום שחלה עליו פקודת הבטיחות בעבודה [נוסח חדש], התש״ל–1970 כולה או חלקה;
”המעסיק“ – המחזיק במפעל;
”נאמן בטיחות“ – מי שנאמן לעניני בטיחות או גיהות מכוח הסעיפים 19 או 20.
