11. ערר
(א)מי שהוטל עליו קנס מינהלי כאמור בסעיף 10, רשאי לערור על גובה הקנס, במועד ולפי סדרי דין שייקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)הערר יוגש לבית משפט כמשמעותו בסעיף 12 שהיה מוסמך לדון בעבירה אילו הוגש בשלה כתב אישום על העורר.
(ג)בערר רשאי בית המשפט לאשר את הקנס המינהלי או להפחיתו, וכן רשאי הוא לחייב את העורר בתשלום הוצאות הערר בסכום שקבע.
