26. סייג לסמכות ועדת קנסות
תיקון: תשס״ג־2
נקבעה עבירה על הוראה בחוק מועצה חקלאית כעבירה מינהלית, לא תהיה ועדת קנסות שנתמנתה לפי אותו חוק מוסמכת להטיל קנס בשלה; לענין זה, ”חוק מועצה חקלאית“ – כל אחד מחוקים אלה:
(1)(נמחקה);
(2)חוק המועצה לענף הלול (ייצור ושיווק), התשכ״ד–1963;
(3)חוק המועצות למוצרי פירות וירקות (ייצור וייצוא), התשל״ג–1973;
(4)חוק מועצת הצמחים (ייצור ושיווק), התשל״ג–1973;
(5)(נמחקה).
