6. מינוי רשם
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה רשם לענין חוק זה.
(ב)כשיר להתמנות רשם מי שכשיר להתמנות לשופט של בית משפט שלום.
(ג)הרשם יהיה עובד המדינה.
(ד)הודעה על מינוי רשם והעבירות המינהליות שבתחום סמכותו תפורסם ברשומות.
