101. החלת הוראות
תיקון: תשנ״א־2, תשנ״ז־2, תש״ס
(א)ההוראות החלות לפי צו זה על בחירת ועד מקומי בישוב שאיננו שיתופי, יחולו גם על בחירות נציגות ועל בחירת ועד מקומי לפי סעיפים 91ב ו־91ג.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 98 ו־99 יחולו גם על בחירת נציגות, אולם יהיו זכאים לבחור ולהיבחר לנציגות רק תושבים שאינם חברים באגודה השיתופית.
