ועד מקומי רשאי למנות ועדות קבועות לענינים או למקרים מיוחדים ולהטיל עליהן תפקידים כפי שייראה לו. ועדות אלה רשאיות, בשים לב להוראות השר, לקבוע לעצמן את סדרי עבודתן ודיוניהן.
