תיקון: תשנ״ז־2, תשס״ח, תשע״א
רשימות והצעות מועמדים יוגשו על גבי חוברות לפי הטפסים שבתוספת השלישית כמפורט להלן:
(1)טופס 1א – הצעת מועמד מטעם קבוצת בוחרים;
(1א)טופס 1ב – הצעה של ראש מועצה מכהן למועמדות לכהונה נוספת.
(2)טופס 2 – רשימת מועמדים למועצה;
(3)טופס 3 – רשימת מועמדים לועד המקומי או לנציגות.
