178. סמכויות ועדת קלפי
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2, תשע״ח־3
(א)ועדת קלפי היא הממונה על מהלך ההצבעה במקום הקלפי ועל ספירת קולות הבוחרים שהצביעו בקלפי והיא מוסמכת לקבל כל החלטה בכל הקשור להצבעה ולספירת הקולות.
(ב)החלטותיה של ועדת קלפי יתקבלו ברוב קולות חברי הועדה המשתתפים בהצבעה; היו הדעות שקולות, יכריע יושב ראש הועדה.
(ג)הוראות סעיפים 34(א)(2) ו־(ג) לחוק הבחירות יחולו על בחירות לפי צו זה.
