194. הצגת הקלפי ונעילתה
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2
(א)לפני התחלת ההצבעה יציג יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי את הקלפי כשהיא פתוחה וריקה לעיני הנוכחים במקום הקלפי, לאחר מכן ינעל את הקלפי במנעול באופן שלא תהא ניתנת לפתיחה אלא בשבירת המנעול; מספרו הסידורי של המנעול יירשם בפרוטוקולי ההצבעה.
(ב)ננעלה קלפי כאמור בסעיף (א), שוב לא תיפתח עד לספירת הקולות.
