27. התפטרות מועמד
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2
התפטר מועמד לראשות המועצה ביום ה־10 שלפני יום הבחירות או לפני כן, רשאי מי שהציע את מועמדותו, לא יאוחר מהיום ה־7 שלפני יום הבחירות, להציע במקומו מועמד אחר הזכאי להיבחר לראש המועצה.
