33. חליפו של ראש מועצה שחדל לכהן
תיקון: תשנ״ז־2
בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 6ו(ב) לחוק בחירת ראש המועצה, נפטר ראש מועצה או חדל לכהן בהתאם לאמור בסעיף 32(1) עד (3), תבחר המועצה בראש מועצה מבין חבריה לפי הוראות סעיף 6ח לחוק בחירת ראש מועצה.
