42. הרכב הועדות
תיקון: תשי״ט־4, תשנ״ז־2
ועדה של המועצה שלא נקבע לה הרכב מיוחד בצו זה או בדין אחר יהיו מחצית חבריה, לפחות, חברי מועצה והשאר – בעלי זכות להיבחר כחברי המועצה, שאינם פסולים לפי סעיף 37ג, ובלבד שההרכב הכולל של הועדות האמורות יהיה יחסי להרכב הסיעתי של המועצה.
