85. התקשרות בחוזים על פי החלטת המועצה
תיקון: תשכ״ה
(א)ראש המועצה רשאי, על פי החלטת המועצה, להתקשר בחוזה בשם המועצה.
(ב)אם חוזה מטיל הוצאה או התחייבות כספית על המועצה, לא תחליט המועצה על התקשרות באותו חוזה אם אין להוצאה או להתחייבות הקצבה מתאימה בתקציב המאושר של המועצה.
