10. הוצאות
בית משפט שהרשיע אדם בעבירה לפי חוק זה רשאי, בגזר הדין, בנוסף לכל עונש שיטיל, לחייב את הנאשם בהוצאות שהוצאו עקב ביצוע העבירה או לשם מניעת או צמצום הנזק שנגרם כתוצאה ממנה.
