4. תחזוקת מכלים ומיתקני מיחזור
הותקן מכל יעודי או מיתקן מיחזור, יחזיקו המתקין, בעל בית העסק או בעל בית המגורים, לפי הענין, במצב תקין ונקי בכל עת, ויחליפו, במידת הצורך או על פי דרישה מאת ראש הרשות המקומית או מי שהוא מינה לענין זה.
