13א. סמכות לערוב
תיקון: תשכ״ו, תשל״ג
(א)מועצה רשאית לערוב באישור השר לחיובו של אחר, למטרה מהמטרות שהמועצה מוסמכת להן, ובלבד שסך כל הערבויות לא יעלה בכל עת על 10% מתקציבה באותה שנת כספים.
סמכות השר הואצלה לממונה על המחוז (י״פ תשס״ח, 2358).
(ב)ערבות כאמור אינה טעונה כיסוי תקציבי בשעת נתינתה.
