32. קופת המועצה
תיקון: תשמ״ג
צו הכינון יכול שתהא בו הוראה בדבר ייסוד קופת המועצה המקומית, השמירה על בטחונה ושאר ענינים הכרוכים בכך, וכל הקנסות, האגרות, דמי העונשין והתשלומים האחרים הנגבים לפי הפקודה, או לפי חוקי עזר שהותקנו על פיה, ישולמו לקופה ויהיו חלק ממנה והוא הדין בקנסות המשולמים עקב הפעלת סמכותו של עובד של המועצה המקומית בשל עבירה על סעיף 196 לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977, שנעברה בתחומה.
