3. הוצאות בהתאם לסכום החוב
בבחינת סבירות אמצעי האכיפה, שבהם יישא הסרבן בהוצאות לפי סעיף 12ט לפקודה, וסבירותן של ההוצאות כאמור, יילקח בחשבון, בין השאר, היחס שבין גובה ההוצאות לגובה החוב.
