2. חובת התקנת מיתקן שתיה
(א)לא יפתח אדם, לא ינהל ולא יחזיק בנין ציבורי, בין כבעל ובין באופן אחר, אלא אם כן מותקן בו מיתקן שתיה.
(ב)מיתקן השתיה יוצב במקום מרכזי, הנראה לעין הציבור והוא יהיה שמיש בשעות הפעילות בבנין הציבורי.
