2. סימון הכשרות של תפילין ומזוזות
(א)גוף מאשר שאישר כשרותם של תפילין ומזוזות יסמן אותם בסימן שצורתו נתונה בתוספת.
(ב)הסימן ייודפס על נייר או מתכת ויחובר לגוף התפילין או המזוזות באופן שאי־אפשר יהיה להסירו מגוף התפילין או המזוזות אלא בקריעת הסימן.
