2. בקשה לרישיון רחפן או לתוספת הגדר
מבקש רישיון רחפן או תוספת הגדר ברישיון רחפן –
(1)יגיש בקשה בכתב לרשות הרישוי, ובה פרטיו האישיים, פרטים על אודות הכשרה, ידע, ניסיון ומיומנות מקצועית, וכל פרט אחר הנחוץ להוכחת העמידה בתקנות אלה כפי שהורה לו המנהל; טופס בקשה לדוגמה יפורסם באתר האינטרנט;
(2)ימציא לרשות הרישוי קבלה על תשלום אגרה לרישיון רחפן, או להגדר נוסף ברישיון רחפן, לפי תקנות האגרות.
