21. איסור השלכת חפצים וריסוס
לא ישליך אדם מכלי רחיפה חפץ או חומר ולא ירשה מפעיל כלי רחיפה לאדם אחר הנמצא עמו בעת הרחיפה להשליך חפץ או חומר כאמור בעת רחיפה, אלא אם כן ברשותו אישור מראש ובכתב שניתן מאת המנהל, ולאחר שנקט אמצעי זהירות סבירים למניעת חבלה או נזק כתוצאה מכך; בתקנה זו, ”השלכה“ – לרבות ריסוס.
