23. רחיפה אווירובטית
לא יפעיל אדם כלי רחיפה ברחיפה אווירובטית בכל אחד מאלה, אלא אם כן ברשותו אישור מראש ובכתב מאת המנהל:
(1)מעל מקום יישוב או בקרבתו;
(2)מעל מקום התקהלות בני אדם בשטח פתוח;
(3)בתוך תחומי אזור פיקוח שדה ואזור פיקוח טרמינלי, כמשמעותם בתקנה 14, ופרוזדור אוויר כמשמעותו בתקנה 54 לתקנות ההפעלה.
