26. איסור גרירה
בעל רישיון רחפן המפעיל כלי רחיפה בהפעלה מסחרית או במסגרת הדרכה לא יגרור דבר באמצעות כלי הרחיפה, אלא אם כן ברשותו אישור מראש ובכתב מאת המנהל, ובהתאם לתנאי האישור.
