4. סוגי הגדרים ברישיון
(א)אלה סוגי ההגדרים שרשות הרישוי רשאית לתת למבקש רישיון רחפן:
(1)הגדר הפעלה –
(א)הגדר מסחרי;
(ב)הגדר הדרכה;
(2)הגדר סוג כלי רחיפה.
(ב)מבקש רישיון הזכאי להגדר הדרכה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א)(1)(ב), זכאי גם להגדר מסחרי.
