108. התפטרות חבר המועצה
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשכ״ד־2, תשכ״ו־4, תש״ס
(א)חבר המועצה רשאי, בהודעה לראש המועצה, להתפטר מתפקידו; חברותו במועצה נפסקת כעבור 48 שעות לאחר שכתב התפטרותו הגיע לידי ראש המועצה זולת אם חזר בו מהתפטרותו לפני כן.
(ב)חבר המועצה ימציא העתק מהודעתו לחברי המועצה ולממונה על המחוז.
