119. אצילת תפקידים של ראש המועצה
תיקון: תשכ״ב
סגן ראש המועצה, חבר המועצה או עובד המועצה רשאי למלא את תפקידו של ראש המועצה ולשמש בסמכויותיו במידה שנאצלו לו על ידי ראש המועצה, באישור המועצה, אם באופן כללי ואם לענין מסויים או לסוג מסויים של ענינים.
