131. מועד ישיבות של ועדות
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשל״ז־3
(א)יושב ראש הועדה רשאי לקרוא בכל עת לישיבת הועדה שהוא יושב ראש בה והוא חייב לקרוא לישיבה על פי החלטת הועדה או על פי דרישה של ועדת ההנהלה או של ועדת הבקורת.
(ב)ועדה שחובה להקימה לפי כל דין תכונס לפחות אחת לשלושה חדשים; לא כונסה הועדה כאמור יורה ראש המועצה לכנסה, והוא יקבע את סדר היום של ישיבת הועדה; לא נכח יושב ראש הועדה בישיבה או סרב לנהלה, ינהלה זקן חברי הועדה הנוכחים.
