160. חילופי בעלים או מחזיקים
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשכ״ז־4, תשכ״ט
היה אדם לבעל נכס או למחזיק בנכס, שבעל או מחזיק חייב עליו בארנונה לפי צו זה, ישלם כל שיעור משיעורי הארנונה שפרעונו חל לאחר שהיה לבעל הנכס או למחזיק בו, הכל לפי הענין.
