195. העברת זכויות וחובות של ועדי שכונות
תיקון: תשכ״ב
כל נכס שבבעלותו או בהחזקתו של ועד שכונה אשר נכללה בתחום המועצה, מקרקעין ומטלטלין, כל זכות ראויה או מוחזקת, וכל טובת הנאה שיש לו בכל נכס, כל החובות שחבים לו וכל ההתחייבויות הקיימות כלפיו, החובות שהוא חב בהם וההתחייבויות שקיבל על עצמו כדין, עוברים, מתאריך הכללתה של השכונה בתחום המועצה, למועצה.
