תיקון: תשכ״ב
השמירה על ספרי המועצה, מסמכיה וניירותיה היא בידי מזכיר המועצה או בידי עובד אחר שימונה לכך על ידי המועצה, או בכל דרך אחרת שתחליט עליה המועצה. ראש המועצה יהא אחראי לסדרי השמירה.
