10. פרסום מודעות רשמיות
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)חייב העורך לפרסם חנם את כל ההודעות הרשמיות הנשלחות אליו לפרסום ע״י שר הפנים או בשמו בגליון הראשון של העתון היוצא לאור מיד לאחר קבלתן. את ההודעות הללו עליו לפרסם ככתבן וכלשונן.
(2)”הודעה־רשמית“ פירושה לצורך סעיף זה, כל הודעה שלדעת שר הפנים דרוש פרסומה לטובת עניני הצבור ואשר נתאשרה בכך מטעם שר הפנים.
