31. חובה להציג את הרשיון לראוה
תיקון: תש״ח־2
(1)מי שקבל את הרשיון עפ״י חלק זה חייב להציג את רשיונו או לדאוג להצגתו במקום בולט במשרדו או במקום העסק שלו.
(2)רשיון שניתן לחברה או לאגודה שיתופית יוצג במשרדה הרשום של החברה או של האגודה השיתופית.
(3)כל אדם שאינו מקיים את הוראות הסעיף הזה יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לקנס בסכום שתי לירות.
