8. מסירת גליונות של העתון
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ח־2, תשי״ג, תשס״א, תשס״ח
(1)מיד להופעתו של כל גליון של עתון או של כל הוספה לעתון, חייב עורכו למסור העתקה אחת לגנזך המדינה, אחת לספריית הכנסת, אחת למשרד הפנים ואחת לממונה על המחוז, ואילו שתי העתקות לספריה הלאומית.
(2)כל שאינו מקיים את הוראות הסעיף הזה יאשם בעברה ובכל פעם שהוא עובר על הסעיף הזה יהא צפוי לקנס בסכום עשרים וחמש לירות.
