11א. קובלנה
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)גוף ציבורי שמטרתו הגנה על איכות הסביבה או שמירה על הבריאות, שאישר שר הבריאות, רשאי להגיש קובלנה כאמור בסעיף 68 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, על עבירה לפי חוק זה.
(ב)קובלנה בהתאם להוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא תוגש, אלא באישור פרקליט מחוז.
