7. תחילה, תחולה והוראות מעבר
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום י״ט בטבת התשע״ג (1 בינואר 2013) (להלן – יום התחילה), והוא יחול על פרסומת שצולמה מיום התחילה ואילך, ולעניין סעיף 3 – על פרסומת שנעשה בהכנתה שימוש בעריכה גרפית להצרת היקפי גוף, מיום התחילה ואילך.
(ב)על אף הוראות סעיף קטן (א), לעניין פרסומת שהסכם לצילומה נכרת לפני יום פרסומו של חוק זה, יחולו הוראות סעיף 2 מתום שנה ממועד כריתת ההסכם או מיום התחילה, לפי המאוחר.
