19. סירוב להוביל דברים מסוכנים
פקיד רכבת רשאי לסרב להוביל חבילה אם הוא חושד שיש בה דבר מסוכן או פוגעני, ורשאי פקיד רכבת לדרוש פתיחתה כדי לברר תכולתה, ורשאי הוא לעכב הובלתה של חבילה כאמור, אף אם נתקבלה להובלה על ידי פקיד רכבת אחר, עד שיברר להנחת דעתו את טיב תכולתה.
