23. פיצויים בשל אבדן והיזק
תיקון: תשמ״ח, תשע״א־2
(א)לא יהא אדם זכאי לפיצויים בעד אבדן או היזק של חבילות שקיבל מפעיל מסילת ברזל ארצית להובלה במסילה, אלא אם הוגשה תביעתו למפעיל בכתב תוך חודש מיום שנתקבלו החבילות כאמור.
(ב)נלקחו החבילות מהמסילה והנשגר נתן עליהן, לפקיד הרכבת שמסר לו אותן, קבלה ללא הסתייגות, לא תקובל תביעה בשל נזק לחבילות.
