27. פקיד רכבת המשתכר או מתרשל
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)פקיד רכבת שהיה במצב של שכרות בעת ששימש בתפקידו, או סירב למלא תפקידו או זנחו, או מילאו שלא כשורה, דינו – הקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין.
(ב)אם מחמת טיב התפקיד היו הסירוב, הזניחה או המילוי שלא כשורה מסכנים את בטיחותו של נוסע או של אדם אחר הנמצא במסילה כדין, דינו של פקיד הרכבת – מאסר שנתיים.
