29. השלכת חפצים
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)מי שבמזיד השליך או הפיל אבן או דבר אחר על רכבת או על רכב מסילה אחר, בדרך העלולה לסכן בטיחותו של אדם, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים; גרם המעשה חבלת גוף לאדם שברכבת או ברכב כאמור, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
(ב)מי שבמזיד השליך או הפיל מתוך רכבת או רכב מסילה אחר דבר היכול לפצוע אדם, דינו – מאסר חמישה עשר יום.
