46ו. הגבלה על העברת היתר הפעלה
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)היתר הפעלה אינו ניתן להעברה, לשעבוד או לעיקול, אלא אם כן ניתן לכך אישור מראש ובכתב מאת המנהל ובתנאים שקבע.
(ב)העברת השליטה בתאגיד שהוא בעל היתר הפעלה טעונה אישור מראש ובכתב מאת המנהל.
