46כא. תנאים ומגבלות ברישיון לנהיגת רכבת מקומית
תיקון: תשע״א־2
המנהל רשאי לקבוע ברישיון לנהיגת רכבת מקומית תנאים ומגבלות שיחולו על בעל הרישיון בתקופת תוקפו של הרישיון, כולה או חלקה, ובכלל זה תנאים כמפורט להלן:
(1)דגם הרכבת המקומית שבה הוא רשאי לנהוג;
(2)סוג הרישיון שיינתן לבעל הרישיון;
(3)קווי הנסיעה של רכבת מקומית שבהם הוא רשאי לנהוג;
(4)אמצעי עזר שבהם עליו לעשות שימוש בנהיגה.
